Sage has long been used to connect to the spiritual realm or enhance intuition.

For healers and laypeople in traditional cultures, burning sage is used to achieve a healing state, to solve or reflect upon spiritual dilemmas, and is most commonly used for cleansing your home and your healing crystals.

Simply light the sage and allow your crystals to rotate around it's smoke for about 30 seconds for each crystal you wish to charge or cleanse.
